From initial enquiry through the web, Ray responded timely, then followed up the enquiry and negotiated the purchase and trade in of my wife's existing Touareg with me satisfactorily.

I was at first a little sceptical when I received the telephone call from Andy saying that Lane Pearson would be interested in buying our car.  He made a very fair offer and his colleague Ray, came and picked up the car the following day.  The money was transferred immediately in to our account and we were able to view that the funds had cleared via our internet banking before letting the car go.  Throughout they were professional, courteous and 100% reliable, I would without hesitation recommend Lane Pearson to any prospective seller.

Highly recommended.

Excellent service! These two words immediately come to mind when Lane Pearson Automotive is mentioned. I’ve just bought my second car from these guys and once again, I’m very happy with it. Not only did they sell me an amazing car for a good price, but they also advertised and sold the car I wanted to change. Not many car dealers offer you that kind of service.

What stands out particularly for me, however, is the after-sales service.  Even when the sale is complete, the team still goes out of its way to make sure everything is as it should be; any problems are sorted out, quickly and without hesitation.

Would I buy another car from them? Definitely!

Lane Pearson was given the task of finding a car for me. I was very specific. I also changed my mind a few times, based on their advice - and rightly so. The car they have now found (and I have just bought) is perfect but wouldn't have been on my radar when I started looking. There are 3 things that set Lane Pearson apart. 

1. They find the car you want based on your requirements - and don't try to wedge you into their current stock. It's a personal (and emotional) decision and they respect that and advise accordingly. 

2. There level of service is exemplary. I was not spending 'big money' but felt there was nowhere to improve. I have looked at main dealers and they were laughable compared to Andy's personal, professional care. 

3. The car he found came in under budget with better spec! Amazing! 

I would not hesitate to recommend Lane Pearson in the future and will be back in contact when I would like to change up again!
